After seeing this piece

Firstly I will just copy what I wrote as a comment regarding this:
"This is undeniably amazing work, however, certainly at the resolution the image is displayed here, it's indisinguishable from a photograph! It even has a wide angle lens distortion effect at the periphery. If this were a photograph it would be a pleasant image of a house, nothing amazing really but nice enough. Now the creator of this piece has the freedom to create any world he wishes, with immense attention to detail, total and utter freedom. So why choose, in the context of one's imagination, a house that one could actually physically see in the real world?
I think this artist has the potential to create something that is truly stunning rather than photo reaslistic renders of actual things.
I feel this piece raises a question about sheer skill and art. Can skill alone make great art?"
Just think what you might do if you had the skills to do what this "artist" does!
